Are you ready to tread on serpents and scorpions?


 

My brothers and sisters in King Jesus Christ:

I pray all has been well with each of you.

I know it has been a while since I wrote. I seemed to have had “writer’s block” should we say or call it.

Our Lord has spoken so much to me. I have had no problem talking about Him, but when it came to writing it I just couldn’t, I would get distracted as soon as I got started. My wonderful sister in Christ, Annette, reminded me to pray over it and when the time was right, I would start writing again. Thank you, my sister. I had another sister in Christ, Dee reminded me that we go through different seasons and times. She reminded me that sometimes King Jesus Christ spoke to many, other times he spoke to just His 12, then other times it was just to the 3 that He was closest to, while other times He was alone with His Father. Thank you, my sister, Dee, for that reminder.

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19

King Jesus Christ says in Luke that we can tread on serpents and scorpions.

This morning, I was in my pool doing my exercises and suddenly I turned, and I saw the above bug in the pool. I freaked out. I immediately texted my husband, took a picture and looked it up on Google to see what it was. It is a Giant Water Bug aka Toe Biter. But just as sudden it appeared. It disappeared. I’m still not sure where it is but I start exercising again with caution. Then bam there it is again this time coming towards me with the front two pinchers closing and opening and coming straight for me. I screamed. My husband came out the house, but again it just disappeared. It is venomous, not sure if I would have had to go to the hospital, but it would have hurt me. The crazy thing about this bug is that it is found only Missouri and I live in Louisiana by the Gulf.

I continued to exercise, and I hear The Lord say, “ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE READY TO TREAD ON SERPENTS? I HAVE GIVEN YOU THE POWER TO DO JUST WHAT I SAID. YOU WILL TREAD ON SERPENTS AND SCORPIONS, SO WHY DID YOU HAVE FEAR?”

I have been thinking and talking to The Lord about what He said. How does this apply to what happened to me this morning?

My brothers and sisters in King Jesus Christ. We will encounter many scary and many disturbing things as we go forth into this dark world. We will witness a lot of witchcraft towards us, but we must be steadfast in The Holy Spirit. We must ALWAYS be suited in The Armor of The Spirit.  We must be ready to enter The Spiritual Realm at the drop of a second.

Remember things in The Spiritual Realm manifest into the natural world so we must abide in The Spirit so that when the serpents and scorpions come, we will be ready to enter into the battle.

Also remember my brothers and sisters in King Jesus Christ THE BATTLE BELONGS TO THE LORD. So, if The Battle belongs to the Lord. Then The Battle is already won.

Go forth Child, Bride, and Warrior of God. Be aware of the enemy that lurks around every corner but REJOICE KNOWING THAT YOUR LORD HAS ALREADY CONQUERED THE ENEMY AND GOD LIVES IN YOU!

Let’s pray.

Abba Father, I come into Your Courts with praise, worship, and thanksgiving for ALL that Your have given to me and entrusted to me. I thank You for creating me and giving me a purpose to fulfill for You on this Earth. I ask You for Your forgiveness of being lazy and not trusting You with The Plan You have put before me. King Jesus Christ, I invite You into my heart. I come before You with praise, worship, and thanksgiving for dying and rising again so that I may have salvation through You. Thank you for loving me even when I didn’t love myself. I ask Your Forgiveness for the times I did not show who You are to this dark world. Holy Spirit, I ask You to pour into me again. I praise and worship You as You are the one that gives me my light and my breath. I ask You for Your forgiveness for the times that You have poured over me and spoke to me, but I froze and did nothing with it. God Almighty, YOU ARE MY GOD AND YOU ALONE DO I SERVE. Come and fill me again today and every day so that I may move in the Purpose You gave to me at birth. Give me the boldness to know that I can tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and not be harmed. I love You Lord. I ask this in Your Holy Name King Jesus Christ. Amen.

LET MY DRY BONES COME TO LIFE FOR YOUR GLORIOUS KINGDOM TODAY!

  Good evening my brothers and sisters in King Jesus Christ. I pray the start of this week has been good and I pray this is a week full of God's AWE. I started back at school today. It is a new school year. Gearing up for the students to return on Friday. For those of you who may not know I am a paraprofessional in a SPED classroom. I actually do whatever is needed at school. Some think I am crazy for saying, "just put me where you need me." I just love to serve and I love to do whatever King Jesus Christ needs from me for that day. I have always been this way, but there was a time I would say that not because I wanted to be where Christ needed me. I wanted to fit in. I wanted everyone to like me so I would let people walk all over me in the process.   Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. GOD ALREADY KNOWS!

  Good evening my brothers and sisters in King Jesus Christ. I know it has been a while. I am sorry for the pause.  Life has been coming and coming fast. Living in Prophecy is not for the weak. The Spiritual Battle that is around us everyday and night is real. First I want to thank our God for seeing me through everyday. I don't know where I would be without Him nor do I want to find out. This last week I would say was a huge challenge and faith building like I have never been through before. My husband had to buy a new truck for our business. He could not trade in his old truck, so we have two truck notes now. I am not worried about the finances because I know whose payroll I am on and He delivers EVERY TIME! I can admit that it usually is not how I thought it would look like but we are covered every time. This morning getting ready for church I turned my oven on and it wouldn't heat up.
